The place was reasonably priced. The breakfasts were satisfactory with sausages and croissants, for instance, couldn't ask for anything better. The location was incredible and brilliant, for example, Salisbury Cathedral and Magna Carta was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

New-fashioned room, fantastic hotel, excellent breakfast. Location - great and beautiful, right by market place as well as conferences and a short walk to the city centre. Also, easy to get to a serene nature preserve. A wide range of food in the venue, in-house restaurant.

The room was spotless and airy when upgraded with great views, wi-fi, as for instance. You could leave a car on site.
The bed was not comfortable here.

Great breakfast and dinner. Excellent location (walking to the center in 10 minutes). Quiet place. Own parking lot. Polite staff
Shower without a hose, but it's not critical :)

Attractive gardens, views towards Cathedral ,good size carpark and close proximity to town and Cathedral.
The Four Poster bed was not very comfortable, too hard a mattress, The breakfast was good, but spoilt by the unsuitable music being played very loudly. Background music should be just audible, not too heavy !!

Very welcoming with very helpful staff, lovely views but still very handy for Salisbury itself.
The TV picture wasn't that good and the choice of channels was poor but that is being picky!

Well located only 15 minute walk from the city through the grounds of the cathedral or over the water meadows. Our room had an excellent view into the city. Breakfast was good and friendly service from Billy. Plenty of free car parking is a bonus. I have stayed at 4 hotels in Salisbury and this is by far the nicest and best value. I would definitely stay here again.
The reception staff were just a bit too cold and efficient - a warmer welcome would have been nice.

We loved the beautiful garden and the peace and tranquillity.
Would have liked hand-holds on the bath, for elderly people

Spent 3 nights in the Superior King Room with River View, and the scenery was amazing while enjoying a nightcap by the fire. The sun terrace was perfect for relaxing, and I made the most of the lovely garden for some peaceful moments. The room could use a refresher, but overall, it was a fantastic escape! 🌅

The view out over Salisbury cathedral from our bedroom window and the grounds was marvellous. The hotel is comfortable and very handy for Salisbury city centre, on foot. (Don't even think of parking in Salisbury. We got an excellent deal on your website: £50 a night for a very comfortable room instead of £100. Friendly, helpful staff
Our stay was very satisfactory. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was ok, but it's a great pity they don't open the restaurant out onto the garden, or enable guests to dine outside. The food was ok.
